The vibrant Patong scene and nearby shopping. the noise from the nightlife was quite disruptive, making it hard to relax at times. The staff were friendly, but check-in could be streamlined. I appreciated the complimentary birthday cake, adding a nice personal touch.

Had an amazing group vacation here! We enjoyed the vibrant nightlife and took a fun day trip to the nearby islands, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The hotel was clean, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely grab their breakfast. it's a great value and delicious.
One downside was the bed quality. a bit uncomfortable for some, but we managed.
